Event Dynamics

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Event Dynamics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Event Dynamics only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service for other users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@eventdynamics.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Organiser and Speaker Responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with applicable laws, and honouring commitments made to attendees and speakers. Speakers are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings and providing accurate profile information.

5. Payments

Speaker booking fees are negotiated directly between organisers and speakers on the platform. Event Dynamics is not a party to those agreements and does not process speaker payments. Registration fees for events are handled per the organiser's payment configuration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on Event Dynamics are owned by or licensed to Event Dynamics Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
